Mobile JKN, developed by BPJS Kesehatan, experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads. Starting from 1K downloads, it peaked at 1.3K in late October before settling to around 742 by the end of December. The app's weekly active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 3.5K in October and closing the quarter at approximately 2.8K.
Doctolib - Your health partner showed a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting at 569 and gradually decreasing to 306 by the end of December. Active users also decreased from 5.8K at the quarter's start to 4.9K by the end.
Meu SUS Digital had a modest download rate, beginning with 402 downloads and declining to 164 by late December. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, with a slight dip from 4.3K to around 3.5K throughout the quarter.
